These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website operated by Proviscale (“Proviscale”, “we”, “our”, “us”), as well as any AI-related services, software, content, or tools provided by us (collectively, the “Services”).
By accessing or using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Services immediately.

1. Scope of the Services

Proviscale provides AI-powered solutions including, but not limited to:

  • Automated chatbots
  • Voice and call-handling assistants
  • AI-driven data extraction and analytics
  • Workflow and marketing automation
  • Consulting and integration services

The Services may be updated, expanded, or modified at our discretion.

2. Eligibility and Acceptable Use
2.1 Eligibility

You may use the Services only if you:

  • Are at least 18 years old, and
  • Have legal authority to accept these Terms on behalf of yourself or the entity you represent.
2.2 Acceptable Use Requirements

You agree not to:

  • Use the website or Services for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent activities
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to servers, systems, or data
  • Interfere with the performance or availability of the website
  • Scrape, copy, reverse engineer, reproduce, or exploit any part of the Services without explicit written consent
  • Use the Services in a manner that violates applicable laws, including data protection legislation

Violation of this section may result in immediate termination of access.

4. Warranties and Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties, whether express or implied.
We do not guarantee that:

  • AI outputs will be accurate, reliable, or suitable for a particular purpose
  • Data transmissions will always be secure

You acknowledge that AI systems may generate incorrect or unexpected outputs.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Proviscale shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages.
  • Our total cumulative liability for any claim related to the Services shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the preceding three (3) months, if any.
  • We are not liable for losses arising from reliance on AI-generated outputs or decisions made based on such outputs.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by Finnish law.

6. Modifications to the Terms

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Cookie Policy at any time.
Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services if you violate these Terms or if required by law.
Upon termination, your right to use the Services immediately ceases.

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Finland, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms shall be exclusively resolved in the courts of Finland.
